Topic: Do you know your ABC’s of Meeting Planning? 

Are you ready to learn about meeting planning and have some fun?     In this interactive session, attendees will team up with fellow chapter members to test their Government Meeting Planning knowledge by focusing on vocabulary terms and our core competencies. 

By playing and participating in our own version of Jeopardy, attendees will: 

  1. Gain a better understanding of the CGMP exam vocabulary terms.
  2. Understand the unique responsibilities of government meeting planning.
  3. Develop better collaboration and teamwork skills.

Please remember to donation items for the Comfort Zone Camp for the April meeting. List of needed items below:

  • Sharpies (huge need as after every camp we have a t-shirt signing – we use A LOT of sharpies!) 
  • Copy Paper – again use A LOT
  • Luminary bags – they are designed for their loved one and used at the bonfire
  • Battery operated votive candles – for the luminary bags
  • notebook tablets
  • writing pens
  • small flashlights
  • batteries – all sizes
  • sunscreen
  • bug repellent
  • yarn for a group therapy practice
  • toiletries
  • pillowcases/sheets

Fundraising Committee

The chapter will celebrate Earth Day with an activity at the April meeting.
