Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes to make the Old Dominion Chapter thrive?

This unique session offers a transparent look into the heart of your chapter's operations. We'll kick off with a "fishbowl" observation of a live board meeting, allowing you to gain a firsthand understanding of how decisions are made, initiatives are planned, and your chapter is led. 

Following this observation, you'll break into small roundtables with current board members and committee chairs. This interactive portion will provide a direct opportunity to ask questions, learn about various committee roles, and discover how your skills and passion can contribute to the continued success of the Old Dominion Chapter.

Whether you're a seasoned member or just looking to deepen your engagement, this session is your pathway to a more impactful role in your professional community.
