A strong work ethic isn’t something you simply expect - it’s something you build, model, and develop in
others. This engaging session gives leaders practical strategies to create teams where people take
ownership, follow through, show initiative, and strive for excellence.

- Apply techniques to motivate employees across different generations, work styles, and experience levels.
- Create a simple action plan to strengthen a culture of excellence within their organization

Supporting A Home: A Donation Drive for Restoring Lives, LLC
The chapter will be collecting items to support Restoring Lives, LLC, a Richmond-based re-entry and housing organization dedicated to empowering individuals. Restoring Lives, LLC helps to bridge the gap between systemic institutionalized and long-term, independent living for formerly incarcerated individuals and those experiencing homelessness.
