Meeting Logistics: Small Stuff Does Matter
This session will focus on logistical details of meetings/conferences as they relate to pre/post con meetings, transportation, VIP or top government official arrangements, security, and exhibits. Tools to manage logistical activities will be discussed.

After the session, attendees will be able to:
1. Identify and address details in pre-con meetings that may help to avoid surprises or disappointments in service expectations. 
2. Understand the logistical details necessary for transportation, security, and VIP- or top government officials before, during and after the meeting. 
3. Plan effective and successful exhibit hall experiences for both exhibitors and attendees.
